The LTM4620 is a dual 13A per output (or single 26A output) DC/DC μModule step-down regulator that delivers up to 100A when four devices are current shared. The LTM4620 is a complete DC/DC regulator system in a 15mm x 15mm x 4.41mm LGA package, including inductors, power stages and all control circuits. For optimum heat dissipation, an integrated top side heat sink removes heat quickly and evenly.

Single IC Dual tones Siren Circuits Diagram


Double-tone Police sound Circuits Diagram

This circuit is intended for children fun, and can be installed on bicycles, battery powered cars and motorcycles, but also on models and various games and toys. With SW1 positioned as shown in the circuit diagram, the typical dual-tone sound of Police or Fire-brigade cars is generated, by the oscillation of IC1A and IC1B gates. With SW1 set to the other position, the old siren sound increasing in frequency and then slowly decreasing is reproduced, by pushing on P1 that starts oscillation in IC1C and IC1D. 

The loudspeaker, driven by Q1, should be of reasonable dimensions and well encased, in order to obtain a more realistic and louder output. Tone and period of the sound oscillations can be varied by changing the values of C1, C2, C5, C6 and/or associated resistors. No power switch is required: leave SW1 in the low position (old-type siren) and the circuit consumption will be negligible.

Single chip FM transmitter circuit


Description

Here’s a single chip FM transmitter circuit using Maxim semiconductors IC MAX2606. The MAX2606 is a compact, high-performance intermediate frequency VCO specially designed for wireless communication circuits. They have monolithic construction with low-noise and a low-power operation in a compact 6-pin SOT23 packing .Th1s low-noise IC feature an on-chip varicap diode and feedback capacitances that avoid the need for external tuning components, making the MAX2606 perfect for portable systems. Only an external inductor is needed to set the oscillation frequency.In addition to this, an
integrated differential output buffer is also there for driving a mixer or prescaler.The MAX2606 can be operated from a single +2.8 V to +5.4V supply and consumes very less current .The chip can be operated from 45MHz to 650MHz .
In the circuit the nominal frequency is set to 100 Mhz by inductor L1, (390nH) . The left and right channel audio signals from your source are added by R3 and R4, and attenuated by the POT R2. R2 can be used as a volume control .POT R1 can be used to select a channel of transmission between 88Mhz and 108Mhz.Use 80 cm long wire as the antenna .

  • Assemble the circuit on a good quality PCB or common board.
  • Use a battery for powering the circuit.It will reduce noise.
  • An FM antenna from a old radio is a better option than the wire antenna.

Simplest Single Phase Preventor Circuit for Three Phase Motor Potection


For a 3-phase induction motor,Lit is necessary that all the three phases of supply are present while it is on load.
When any one of the fuses goes out, or a phase is missing, the motor will continue to run with two phases only, but it will start drawing a huge current for the same load. This high current may ruin the motor, unless switched off immediately. A single phase preventor circuit avoids such a mishap. With this circuit the motor will not run, unless all the three phases are present. In a 3-phase supply, the voltages are 120 degrees apart from each other. Thus the addition of three phases gives zero voltage. lf any one of the phase goes, voltage present at the summing point equals half the line voltage. ‘ In this circuit, the three phases (R, Y, B) are connected to line neutral, which in turn is connected to the ground of the   circuit. When all three phases are present, voltage at point D is zero. So potential at pin 3 of 1C 741 is also zero, but voltage at pin 2 is nearly 4V. Here 741 is used as a comparator and the voltage at pin 6 is zero. Hence the relay cannot operate. When a phase goes out, voltage at point D goes up to about halt the line voltage. This voltage is divided by 150k and 50k resistors. The voltage at pin 3 is about 8V when 50k potentiometer is properly adjusted. The voltage at pin 6 is about 12V. This base voltage can drive the relay into operating condition. So, the relay would operate when any of the phases goes out.  This relay, when used in the control circuit of the 3-phase motor, or with a circuit breaker, would switch the power oft on operation.
